White Modern Cuisine introduces it’s new menu Summer Menu 2013.

One of White’s signature appetizer: “Panfried Duck” served with apple and orange compote, Crispy rice, Pickled cucumbers, Hoisin maple glaze and Peanut Butter powder.

“Scallops” – Panfried Scallops served with Leeks and Bacon Stew, Leeks au Gratin and Vichyssoise Sauce.

“Cobia” – Broiled Marinated Cobia Filet served with Bok-Choy, Ham-Choy Flowers, Stir-Fried Speatzle and Kimchi, Shaved Mushrooms, Soy Macaroons and a Home-made Yakatori Sauce.

“Lamb (prepared 2 ways)” – Pan Seared Chop and a croquette served with summer ratatouille, pommes gratin, garlic crisp and a garlic lamb jus.
