For Valentine’s Day on the 14th of februari 2013, White Modern Cuisine is serving a Romantic 4 Course Menu with Delicious Aphrodisiac Ingredients.
The 4 course Menu is at a cost of 150$ per couple or 75$ per person.
* Bellini Romantique Cocktail upon Arrival
* Amuse: Cauliflower Mousse with Bacon Soil
* 1st Course: Foie Grass Terrine with cranberry Gel, pickled strawberries and a sambal crunch
* 2nd Course: Seafood Ravioli with lobster foam
* Amuse: Slowly cooked Halibut with celeriac puree, braised fennel and tomato chips
* 3rd Course: Tenderloin Medallion in leeks ash served with pumpkin creme, bunashimeji mushrooms, stewed black eyed peas, cabbage chips and its own jus.
* Dessert Amuse: Passoa marinated pineapple with coco’s mousse and pineapple chips
* 4th Course: Home-made chocolate brownie with hazelnut mousse, and sherry sabayon
